A 6-year-old Klamath Falls boy crashed head on into a truck after he drove off in his parents car.
Early Sunday morning state troopers showed up at crash on Bristol Avenue near Fargo Street. The young boy told officers he was hungry. He took pennies off the kitchen counter and the families van to pick up some food. Alone in the car he crashed into several mailboxes before swerving into 29-year-old Tammy Belau's truck.Belau was wearing her seat belt and had minor injuries. The little boy was honest telling police he didn't have his seatbelt on but he was not hurt. Oregon State Police and Child Welfare Services are investigating.
