Personal blurb: My personal belief is that the US Constitution's first amendment (which talks about the freedom of speech) extends to the Internet. For this reason, I have the comments setting set up to have comments go up immediately. If you comment anonymously, you will have to go through a word verification step. New Google Doodle

To celebrate Les Paul's 96th birthday, Google has a flash-based guitar styled logo up today.  As you hover your mouse cursor over the strings and move the cursor away, the strings will strum like a guitar.  I am providing a link that I hope will be the permanent home for the logo for archival purposes.  For at least today, it can be found on Google's homepage.

The Past Week

Hey all.  I'm very sorry I haven't been able to update my blogs for the past week.  I have been enjoying my family vacation and being with my family.  I will try to be better about keeping my blogs up to date in the future.  The summer is just very hard for me to keep up with my blogs.  I will be on away from internet access the majority of the summer.  I have asked some of the other contributors to take over for me in my absence.  I hope you understand and accept my up most apologies.
